  • $125 initial session

  • $150 initial consultation 

  • $125 per 60 minute case management sesion 

What is coaching?

Coaching is goal oriented, thought-provoking work that seeks to create new insights, uncover hidden potential and help individuals remove roadblocks that are preventing them from living the life they seek!

Whether looking to improve your career prospects, develop a specific skill or learn more about your personal leadership style, coaching can be for you.

Therapy is a tool that can be used by anyone seeking to make positive changes to their life and utilize personal strengths. 

What type of therapy do you practice?

I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused therapy  & Internal Family Systems therapy. Our sessions will be tailored to meet your specific goals and needs.

I believe strongly in having clear and actionable goals for our time together. You can expect that we will set structured goals and check-in on those frequently to assess your progress towards your therapeutic goals.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, I do not accept any insurance at this time. However I am happy to provide documentation to those individuals who would like to submit for reimbursement through their insurance carrier.

I've never been to therapy before, what will our first session be like?

 We'll spend our first session finding out more about what has brought you to therapy and how we might be able to partner to craft a plan that will help you achieve your goals.  I work at your pace, so you can share as much or little as you're comfortable with in our time together. 

 

I'll ask you to share  about any current challenges you're facing and we'll also discuss what personal strengths you have!  You'll have a chance to ask me any questions you might want.
